Clancy doesn't have the speed to play with today's hockey players. In the old footage, he looks too old and clunky ... kind of like ole' Mario Lemieux in his last season.
Just you leave Clancy alone! He could dominate any era. Incidentally, Clancy Cooke is still alive and well, housed in an assisted-living centre in Abbotsford BC. He just recently celebrated his 79th birthday!
... still a bum in my books ... how many championship rings does he have ?
